How do we control the quality of metal products?

At all stages from the receipt of the material to the delivery of products to the customer, the products are accompanied by representatives of the Quality Control Department (Technological Control Department). And the first check is carried out during the delivery of raw materials for the future product.

1. Input control checks the incoming raw materials for compliance with the declared characteristics. As part of the input control, alloys, anti-corrosion treatment compositions, etc. are studied.

2. Operational control is guided by the technical documentation of the plant. At this stage, QCD representatives carry out a random selection of products, check them for compliance with the parameters, and evaluate the quality of assembly and connections.

3. Acceptance control is carried out before the transfer of products to the customer. Quality control department employees compare the declared and real indicators of the product, the quality of the seams and coating. Upon completion of the inspection, the products are labeled and packaged.

Production control

• When marking, processing allowances and welding shrinkage are taken into account
• All templates are labeled
• When cutting metal, cracks and burrs on the ends of more than 1 mm are excluded
• Control of geometric dimensions is carried out using measuring tools and probes.
• When bending metal along the radius, a gap of less than 2 mm per 1 m of the template is permissible
